2011 Festival
18th Bristol Encounters International Film Festival was the largest to date and saw an overwhelming response from International film-makers and industry
2010 Festival
16th Encounters International Film Festival saw the re-launch of festival strands Animated and Brief Encounters, marking our biggest festival to date.
2009 Festival
15th Encounters International Short Film Festival celebrated 15 years of supporting new talent in international short film and animation.
2008 Festival
14th Encounters International Short Film Festival saw a wonderful spread of short film delights and the first edition run by new Managing Director, Liz Harkman.
