The Story So Far...
First up for 2008 was the visit to Clermont Ferrand which was swiftly followed by Tampere festivals where we were on the look out
for new up and coming directors with films that really stood out. Came back with a few tucked under our arms!
- Mark Cosgrove (our Creative Director) has just returned from the Singapore film festival presenting an Encounters reel of British work from past festivals and further cementing our relationships with Sinaporiean filmmakers.
Next month Encounters will be presenting an eclectic selection of our favourite shorts from around the world. Promoting culltural diversity at Mosaique 2008 (an initiative of the French Insitiute) at the Cine Luminere in London.
