An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team who deliver ‘Encounters’ the largest and longest running Short Film and Animation Festival in the UK.
Encounters Festivals are looking for a Marketing and Events Co-ordinator who is available between 5th March and the 31st October 2012 (with a view to extend), to join our dynamic and focused team and assist the Managing Director in the co-ordination of the 2012 Festival and other key Encounters Events.
You need to have a minimum of one years experience in marketing, event management or festivals, have first class communication skills, a genuine love of cinema and a demonstrable ability to help run this international event. The core focus of this small team is the delivery of the festival and other events to the highest possible standard for the benefit of the filmmakers, audiences and film culture in general.
