18th Bristol Encounters International Film Festival

This year the festival has totally exceeded expectations and
been a great success. We tightened and streamlined the
programme, reduced the amount of conflicting activities
and reduced the cost of a delegate pass. The audience
has increased by 37% and delegate numbers rose to just
shy of 700, a 10% increase on last year. We sold 100% more
student packages which clearly demonstrates the need for
the festival from all sectors that support emerging talent.
